Where movement, cracking, rocking, voiding or loss of support is visible, and when it was first noticed.
Available evidence
Relevant drawings, level surveys, investigation records and dated photographs. Sensitive records should only be shared through an approved channel.
Operating constraints
Access, working hours, production restrictions, utilities, safety controls and known environmental constraints.

Data-handling gate
Collection starts only after the handling path is approved.
The production enquiry route must collect only what is needed for an initial review and make the handling terms clear before submission. These controls are launch requirements, not statements that a process is already operational.
Purpose and minimum data
State why each field is needed, avoid optional profiling and keep file upload outside the first-contact form.
Notice and choice
Present the approved privacy notice at the point of collection, including the responsible entity, intended use and an appropriate acknowledgement or consent mechanism.
Routing and access
Verify the receiving address, authorised recipients, transport protection, spam controls and least-privilege access before enabling submission.
Retention and requests
Approve retention, deletion, correction, access-request and incident-escalation procedures, then test them against a non-sensitive submission.
Do not send by email or WhatsApp: personal identity documents, health or financial data, security credentials, confidential client records, restricted drawings or other sensitive files.
